Required Skills: Responsibilities: 1. Business Development and Client Acquisition: • Lead business development efforts to acquire new multifamily operator clients and forge strategic partnerships. • Leverage your industry knowledge and network to identify potential collaboration opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. 2. Revenue Generation and Growth: • Drive revenue growth through effective monetization strategies, including referral partnerships and revenue-sharing agreements. • Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new revenue opportunities. • Develop pricing strategies, business models, and product/service enhancements to maximize profitability. 3. Strategic Leadership: • Develop and communicate the company's strategic vision and goals, aligning them with the market opportunity and industry trends. • Identify and seize opportunities to expand Company’s market presence, customer base, and revenue streams. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the organization. 4. Financial Management and Capital Raising: • Develop and manage the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. • Identify and secure funding opportunities, including capital raising from venture capital firms and strategic investors. • Ensure financial stability and optimize resource allocation to support company growth and expansion. 5. Operational Excellence: • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and high-quality service delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and optimize operational processes, systems, and performance metrics. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, revenue generation, and financial performance. 6. Team Leadership and Culture: • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and teamwork. • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities. • Nurture a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and employee engagement. Qualifications: - Proven track record as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the PropTech, real estate, or related industries. - Proven success in driving sales of SaaS solutions within the multifamily industry. - Strong business development and sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to acquire and retain clients. - Deep understanding of the multifamily market, industry dynamics, and emerging trends. - Experience in revenue generation, monetization strategies, and innovative business models. - Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital raising. - Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills: MBA preferred but not required
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
Salary: 150k-300k plus company equity
